On Saturday we celebrated Shannan's 29th birthday at Whineo's - a restaurant on Granville. The restaurant was dark and in a strange location - not the most trendiest part of Granville Street. The atmosphere reminded me of Lucy Mae Brown's (another trendy restaurant downtown). Everyone had fun eating and talking with each other. The food was good eventhough it was more "quality" over "quantity". It's a tapas and wine sort of location. Here are the pictures from the party. Afterwards we went down to Calhoun's for some dessert. I think Calhoun is becoming a birthday tradition for Shannan as we went there last year as well.

birthday wishes
